Lf plugin to share a preset text and graphic to Facebook and Twiitter

I hope I’m asking this in the right place. For two years now, I’ve done “#friendfriday” on Facebook and Twitter, where I share my “Friend of the week.” I’ve just purchased a domain (itsfriendfriday.com) and installed WP, and am hoping that a plugin exists to allow visitors to share to Facebook and Twitter a preset graphic and text. I want other people to start using #friendfriday and celebrate their own friendships and want to make it as easy as possible for them to do it. I already have about two dozen graphics I’ve created for #friendfriday, and I want others to be able to use the graphics. Do you know if any plugin like that exists?
