Leverage Browser Caching Work Around?

Love the app, really helps us novices design something with understand anything! ??
One query if you do not mind please?
Running Google’s Developer webtest software i get the error ‘Leverage Browser Caching’ & it recommends;
“Setting an expiry date or a maximum age in the HTTP headers for static resources instructs the browser to load previously downloaded resources from local disk rather than over the network.”

Could you advise a workaround or a tweak so i can bypass this?
I do have your software setup as ‘responsive/elastic’ if that is the cause?
