Leverage browser caching problem – F rating

  • Having trouble with slow page loading for proacterecycle.org/wp

    one solution suggested is changing the .htaccess file, which I can’t find in the correct folder.

    This is the suggested code. Is there a better way to fix this? Page takes a minute to fully load. Thanks
