Leverage browser caching problem

thanks a lot for the great plugins really very simple and easy to use and very effective i recommended it to my friends webmasters
i have a small issue
every thing is ok except Leverage browser caching
all file jpg css js need (expiration not specified) in google speed insights
this problem appear after transfer my site to new google cloud hosting and change to bitnami wordpress versions
and i know that version of wordpress need to add code that present in the old htaccess to another file but it is not also working
i have tried these tutorial found here but still have the same problem
