Hi! Our menu is 5 level deep, but it was like this from the start, so I’m not really sure what you are thinking of. Also you can put more lower level menuitems, just they will be where the 5th level is.

Or if you are thinking about that in the Appearance -> Menus you can’t save down any number of menuitems, it is happening because of a WordPress + default server setting problem. The WordPress menu items usually have around 90 item limit, because it’s PHP by default doesn’t allow forms to submit more than 1000 post variables = ~90 menu items. The solution usually is usually to increase the max_input_vars to 2000, so you should contact your server host, but sometimes other values has to be increased, like the suhosin.post.max_vars, suhosin.request.max_vars, but if you google “wordpress 90 menu limit” you will find a lot of forums talking about this problem, and you can read about their solutions.

If it’s something else, please send me screenshots, what should be in your menu, and what’s inside it to my email address: [email protected]
