Letters show as question marks

    This is the site…and letters i mentioned are displayed everywhere else except in my scoller ??

    Have you checked your settings for UTF-8

    Please goto settings–>Reading and check Encoding for pages and feeds
    It must be UTF-8

    Have you checked your header.php file in yout theme contains

    <meta http-equiv=”Content-Type” content=”text/html; charset=UTF-8″ />

    please check and let me know
