Letter not parcel please

    Hi my client has asked for this but I cannot see the option:
    The postage rate is for parcels. I think we can send it as a letter (C4, 229 x 324 x 20mm, Up to 500g,?$5.20)
    I can’t add 500g as it rounds it up to 1kg. Is there anything I can do to make his request? He also said he doesn’t want to charge extra if they purchase more than one book but wants to connect to Aus post.
    He is selling books so I am unsure on setting up shipping. Should I be adding a shipping class? I have not done that.

    Hi there,
    thank you for sharing your question.

    I checked the sample product with 0,5 kg weight – the plugin doesn’t round the weight up to 1 kg.

    To prepare a concrete answer I will need additional information. Can you please post details of the product we’re discussing? Especially dimensions, weight and price.

    Hi the shipping pricing is too high as the letter option is not available. e.g. only parcel.

    Currently, only parcel rates are available in our plugin. However, I noted your post as a feature request for further development.
