    Hi @elena189

    I hope you’re well today!

    1) Replies from customers are moving to a spam folder.
How should I add these letters to the inbox folder?

I’m afraid there are no simple “one click” solution to this as there are multiple possible reasons for any message ending up in spam folder.

    To start with:

    – are you using e-mail address in the domain of the site or other domain?
    – are you using default WordPRess configuration for e-mails or are you using some plugin to send e-mails using SMTP?

If both is “no” then this is something that may be worth changing.

But it may also be related to e.g. “reply to” and/or “from” address being “forcefully” set to different address than is actually used for sending e-mail (this is something often done to ensure that e-mail appears as it was from specific sender but can also trigger spam filters at some inboxes).

If the e-mail is in your own domain, make also sure about correct DNS configuration (see this article, step 3 and following):

    2) One letter from a customers was not sent to my e-mail, but indicated in Submissions Forminator. Please, check this error.

I’m afraid that’s not really an error and doesn’t say anything about what happened. It would be best to setup e-mail logging plugin on site and when the same/similar issue happens, check logs to see if there are any additional information given. The log that you shared only tells that the form was submitted on Aug 30th but nothing else.

Just to make sure: the e-mail didn’t make it to your account, the same to which all other submissions go to, right? If you look at the submission data in Forminator – is there anything “unusual” about submitted information?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    – I use e-mail of mail.ru. Should I update e-mail of my domain?

    – I use the default WordPRess configuration, what plugin should I use?

    – I already updated Login/Signup plugin. I don’t see any unusual thing, only not delivering several letters from customers.
