    Hi,

I recently installed LetsEncrypt on a client website who is using WooCommerce with some premium Woo plugins. The certificate is working, and SSL Labs reports no conflicts or issues.

I received an email today with the following errors:

Error Type: Unable to connect to https://domain.tld/postback.php
Error Cause: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

    Here’s their system report:

I’ve been asked to upgrade WordPress, and WooCommerce to their most recent versions within the next two weeks, but I wanted to check on this SSL problem first.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WooCommerce doesn’t use a ‘postback.php’ file – cannot tell you what that is from.

Wow Mike! That was a *very* fast reply. Thank you.

Okay, so my guess is that this is from one of the payment processor plugins they use. I’m not familiar with that, so I’ll go research those and take a look.

This error–my guess is this is from a generic Exception handler that WooCommerce uses?
