Let’s Encrypt Certificate not autorenewing and manual renewal error

    Hello,

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    My friend (client) has a site that is hosted with Digitalis. I used to chat with the person who ran this hosting company, but I believe he has sold it, and I am not getting any response from emails or contact forms to the company.

    Although I warned my friend about this situation, she went ahead and paid an invoice that was due in November.

    This all came about because she got an email about the SSL on her site expiring on the 25th of December 2021.

    I have recently tried to renew the certificate through the Let’s Encrypt SSL section of cPanel but have got the following error.

    Could anyone help me decipher what it means? And make any suggestions about what I could do to fix it?

    It was an issue with one of the domains that I had checked to re-install was not pointing back to the host’s name servers.
