Please could you give some light on this? I am receiving this expiration notification because my hosting godaddy does not support the renew activation and I must do it manually, I did it last time through my CP Panel into my hosting but when I follow the steps it seems that it is not generating from my issuer (let′s encrypt) any new certificate, but pasting the previous one.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @victoriapl,

could you try if pressing the ‘Reset Let’s Encrypt’ wizard link in the top-right corner of the wizard resolves the issue and allows you to generate a new certificate? Alternatively, you could try to enter a different e-mail address in the Let’s Encrypt e-mail field. That will create a new account and should provide you with a new certificate.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hi @markwolters

When entered a different eMail address, it generated a new one. Should I change the eMail every time?

    Hi @victoriapl,

glad to hear that allowed you to generate a new one. You should not have to change the e-mail address when renewing or generating a certificate. We will investigate the issue and come up with a fix in a future release of the plugin.
