    Hi there,

I am using the Events Manager calendar at my company. We mainly use it as a shared calendar. Certain persons are allowed to add new events or edit their own events through the front-end.
What I would like is that those persons are not only allowed to edit their own events, but all the events, posted by everyone.
At the moment the front-end page for editting events only shows the events the logged on user created. Is there any way to modify Events Manager so that it shows all the events on the front-end event editting page?

    Kind regards,

    Stan

  • Hi Stan,

Am I correct in thinking you want users to be able to publish an event but not be able to make any changes to it after? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delayed response.
But no that is not what I mean, what I do mean is:
I want users to make changes to ALL the events, even the events posted by other users.

That can be done by checking all the edit_* options for that user role under Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities.
