let members upload to YouTube channel

Dears,

After three days of search o post this thread.

Am trying to build small website with this feature :

– User registration.
– channel for each user showing his uploaded movies.
– User upload his movies direct from PC to my [youtube] channel.
– rating and comments for each movies.
– some modules to show the movies ( most popular, most rating , ect… )
– slideshow for the movies.

which extension help me to do this (paid or free) no problem?

the upload feature is the most important
