Let guests pay to post custom post type

I think im thinking way to difficult, but this is what i would like te accomplish:

I just have made a custom post type called ‘webshops’. I would like to let guests fill in a form on frontend. This is all working fine.
BUT the next step is that i would like to let guests pay (trough WooCommerce or something equal) to post the article. The options they need to get are 1, 2 or 3 year or forever subscription. I read like 100 posts and tested plugins but with no or less succes.

Does anyone has a solution for this? Almost having an headache, I dont think it need to be this hard. I would like to code it myself so if possible dont use a plugin.
