Let editor edit popups

    Hi there,
    I would like to add rights for my editors to edit popups. I found out here, that it seems you need the capability “manage_options” to do that. Of course I don’t want to assign my editor that capability (using role manager plugin).
    Is there any other way to allow an editor (or custom role) to make and edit popups?
