Let customers to enter shipping info and others

  • Greetings, I’m evaluating to buy the pro version of the plugin.
    I need to know if the plugin can do what I need or, if not, it can be developed.

    Basically, our flow is:
    – we receive the order for the product/s
    – we insert the product/s
    – we send a link to the customer (email or SMS)
    – with the link, we need the customer to insert address info, shippings, TAX details, etc…
    – checkout and payment for the customer

    Is it doable?

    Yes, the price may vary from order to order depending what the customer order by phone.
    Additionally, it would be very useful (but I think the plugin is already doing it) to send to the customer not only the total, but the description of every item ordered by phone plus expense.

    Eg.
    Product 1 10€
    Product 2 50€
    Shipping: 10€
    TOTAL to pay = 70€

    You should use button “Checkout link”, but it’s pro feature.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.
    No problem for the pro feature, I don’t get the meaning of submitting a ticket if it is already in the pro version. Why? Can you explain?
