Let customer switch between product variations – WooCommerce Subscriptions

    Hi,

    I am offering a product that is available in different variations (sizes). Customers buy the product via a subscription model. Often, they start with a small version of the product and later want to switch to another variation.

    Do you know if there is a solution, offering this functionality, using WooCommerce Subscriptions?

    We’re not able to provide support for premium products here in the community forums.

    I presume that you have a current subscription for the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, in which case you’ll be best served by going to WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets to create a ticket.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    unfortunately, I do not have a current subscription, since a freelancer purchased and integrated the tool form me. Any other recommendations where I could get help?

    Hi @matthiascordes,

    You’ll want to either have your developer transfer the subscription to your WooCommerce.com per the instructions here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-woocommerce-com-subscriptions/#section-7 so that you can open a ticket to get help or you’ll need to purchase a subscription yourself as support for that extension can only be provided via that channel.
