Let clients change subscription period

    I have a variable subscription. What is the best way to give options for the billing period. It should be available for monthly and yearly payments. So the yearly price in total is cheaper then paying monthly but with monthly you have should have the freedom to quit the contract. I setted this up as another variation for my product. But I am wondering what would be the best way to let customers change the billing period from monthly to yearly but restrict it to change within the yearly abo to a monthly one?

    As a first step, can you please share with us how subscription products are added to your site as this is not part of the core functions of WooCommerce?

    By any chance, if you are referring to the premium plugin WooCommerce Subscriptions here and you have a valid license with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue?
