Let another admin can only post job via dashboard

I am doing a job board site (using wp job manager). I’d like to let my staffs to be able to post a new job list for clients via admin dashboard. But I don’t want them to be able to edit and see any other things and menus on admin dashboard.
How can we set a role for this?
