Lessons video display issue

  • Hi,

    I am facing a bad issue with learn press. I have embedded youtube videos in my video lessons but videos are not displaying… Why

    I am using the Education LMS theme (free version) and Woocommerce too. I have checked the same with Mozilla Firefox and Chrome browser and found the same issue.

    Also asked the education LMS theme support and they have confirmed that there is no issue with the theme.

    I checked with few plugins (Absolutely Glamorous Custom Admin, LearnPress – Coming Soon Courses, NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster, One Click Demo Import, RaraTheme Companion, WooCommerce PayUmoney and Citrus combined, WooCustomizer) compatible issues but found the problem still persists.

    Please help with the issue

    I checked on your site and the youtube video is working normally v. Please check it again.

    Hello, I have the same problem set out above, on my website when I create a lesson or course it does not allow to load a YouTube video, it leaves a blank space and it is not displayed, since I have tried several things, but the problem persists.

    Please, if anyone knows how to fix it, I would appreciate it.
