Lessons and Quizzes Continuously Opening New Tab

Hi,

I’m having an issue where whenever a user opens a lesson or quiz the page begins opening a new tab over and over until you’re able to close them all. None of the pages load the quiz properly, it just looks like it tries to refresh and then another tab opens.
