Lesson completed, checkmark beside title is not showing

    The checkmark beside the title, which is supposed to get ‘checked’ after a lesson is completed, doesn’t work.

    I have tried different users as well as different courses.

    I have deactivated all the plugins and kept MasterStudy LMS only, yet, things are not being fixed. Please fix ASAP. The checkbox is essential for better user experience.

    I am using the latest version of the plugin. The above short youtube video shows the problem I am facing. The course progress checkbox is not checked even after a course section is complete.

If you’re sure that both the free and pro plugin versions are up to date, there might be a plugin conflict. Try deactivating any third-party plugins to see if that resolves the issue.

    Thank you for your response.

    Even after updating the plugin to its latest version. the issue persists.

    I have deactivated all other plugins and even changed the Theme. But the issue persists. And I am not using the pro version of the plugin. I don’t think we need the pro version of the plugin for course progress, right?
