• Hi,
My courses are very long. How can my students see where they have left off? “mark as completed” button does not show up on my end, but even if it did, I would like a lesson to have a checkmark or something in the sidepanel automatically.
How can I do that? I have used a coder for some custom work, but he only managed to do it partially.
    Thank you.

    Hi deus_073,

    Thank you for reaching out!

After reviewing the lesson link you provided https://chrisbarin.com/course/photoshop-masterclass-from-beginner-to-pro/lectie/introduction/, we see that you are using the Eduma theme and the course is built with the Thim Elementor Kit plugin, both developed by us.

We conducted tests with the latest versions of Eduma (5.6.3), Thim Elementor Kit (1.2.9.1), and LearnPress (4.2.7.7). We found that when a student completes a lesson, it is marked as completed (displayed in green in the image) and the curriculum is scrolled to the current item being studied, making it easier for students to see their progress.

Could you please check if your theme and the two plugins are updated to the latest versions? If they are already updated and the issue still occurs, please let us know so we can further investigate the problem.

    Best regards,

Hi, actually that’s some custom code a developer wrote a while back and it only works for “preview” lessons (so free lessons). I can’t get in touch with him anymore so that’s why I’m asking about it.

I’d like that checkmark to work on all lessons. I can provide credentials if that helps so you can see the other lectures don’t get that checkmark after a click.
