lessen/remove/change Padding below arc shadow?

Hey guys/Matt,

Just wondering where to edit in which css or php to lessen or remove the white padded area below the arc shadow which seems to be around 20-30px on average..
Any info would be greatly appreciated
??

PS. another earlier post i made i’m still wondering about too if anyone knows a solution..
