Legitiamte users being blocked even after whitelisting

    Hi guys!

    We have an issue where our users are being blocked even after we approved their allow requests. What can we do make sure this doesn’t happen?

    Some other users also complain they see Invalid Nonce message after they try to register (even though we’ve added them to whitelist).

    Hi @dkornyukhov, I apologize for the delay! Could you check to ensure they are added to the whitelist after allowing? If the IP addresses are in the box, let’s try adding the users by username in the box.
