Legit users getting blocked

    Users are getting:
    Forbidden. Your IP belongs to a high spam risk
    network.

    I tried whitelisting the IP 34.192.158.92 but the particular user is still being blocked.
    Please resolve this asap.

    I cannot find the requests from this IP in your Anti-Spam logs. Could you find the mentioned request and mark it as NOT SPAM? The guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/help/faq#feedback_spam
    As for your personal whitelist, there is a record with this IP created May 19, 2021. The plugin needs some time to synchronize the database, something about 30 min. To speed up the process, please, click the button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ (go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page).
