Legit, super easy, and it works!

Wow, this could not have been easier. If I was you, I would simply copy and paste the upload size edits to the .htacesss file. Using cPanel, open your File Manager head to public HTML folder BUT be sure you adjust the settings in the upper right to show hidden files. Then you will see the .htaccess file and just paste your file upload size edits in there. Retry your upload and it should work.
