Lisa, what view are you using this in. It only works in the month view. At this time I am unable to replicate this on any of my sites.

It’s not working for me in month view on a staging copy of my site, but does work on the live version that I have not updated yet.

What sort of setup are you using on staging?

I’ve got it working on WordPress 4.4RC1, TEC 4.0, ECP 4.0, Category Colors 4.4.2

    Hi Andy,

    Both WP 4.3.1

    • The Events Calendar Version 4.0
    • The Events Calendar Category Colors Version 4.4.2 , Broke after 4.4.0, OR 4.4.1 OR 4.4.1 Same issue
    • The Events Calendar PRO Version 3.12.6 OR Version 4.0, Same issue

Working on the live site with

    • The Events Calendar Version 3.12.6
    • The Events Calendar Category Colors Version 4.3.5
    • The Events Calendar PRO Version 3.12.6

I have a customizations plugin active on the live site, but I’ve deactivated on staging for trouble shooting.

Also issues with h2. tribe-events-list-event-title in photo view – https://nimb.ws/XH6pbz
The title backgrounds are no longer the full width of the card.

Let me know if you need more info or would like a login to see the issue better.

Lisa, the last issue with the photo view should be fixed in the latest release. Be sure to add ?refresh_css to the end of your URL to see changes until transient times out.

Honestly, I haven’t touched any of the superpowers code. Did you make any customizations to the legend?

    Hi Andy,

I have not made any modifications to the superpowers code, but I really think some of the issues are due to the Events Calendar 4.4 update, and I’m going to share this in a ticket I have with them along with this thread, and Geoff has asked how he could work with you to help on this.

    Here I have 3 different configurations https://vimeo.com/user20656879/review/148119635/700ca314ca
and superpowers breaks when upgrading from 3.12.6 to 4.4 and the photo view headings also have the issue at this update.

L – Clone – Events Calendar 3.12.6, Colors 4.4.4, superpowers not working, no issue with photo view
M – Clone staging – Events Calendar 4.4, Colors 4.4.4, issues with superpowers not working and photo view headings change
R- Live Events Calendar 3.12.6, Colors 4.3.5 – all working

    Lisa,

    Thanks for the video.

The Photo view bug should be fixed in Events Calendar 4.0/Category Colors 4.4.4. See above about adding ?refresh_css to the end of the photo view page. Take a look at my dev site, https://tribe.thefragens.net/events/photo

BTW, test out the superpowers on the month view. My dev site is running WP trunk, TEC 4.0, ECP 4.0, Category Colors 4.4.4

Any way to get a URL for your staging site?

Geoff can email me. That’s the easiest way to contact me.

    (@lisaleague)

I’ll set up all the access in a ticket over there, and have Geoff contact you.

I have EC 4.0 and Colors 4.4.4 but the superpowers does not work and photo view is messed up with that combo.

Everything works with E.C 3.12.6 and Colors – 4.3.5, have not updated there because I’m going to replace that site next week, and notice the bug.

Your site superpowers work in month view for me, but did not in photo view.

Superpowers only works in month view.

Can you link to the other ticket?

I’ll have you set up for both environments in just a few, and ask Geoff to mail you. Not sure when he’ll check the ticket again though.

    Thread Starter lisaleague

    (@lisaleague)

I’ve set you up for both put the site login in the ticket, the admin login should have come to you, or I can send all the rest of the access to that same email.

Lisa the staging server has an htaccess password set.

    Thread Starter lisaleague

    (@lisaleague)

I think you should have this in the MT ticket now. Thanks so much for your help.

    Plugin Author Andy Fragen

    (@afragen)

OK, I’ve gotten to look at your staging site and I think I see a problem.

The superpowers javascript looks for div.hentry.type-tribe_events and your staging site has div.entry.type-tribe_events. Notice the difference.

Your current published site still has div.hentry.type-tribe_events

Have you added some template that removes the hentry class in favor of entry?

As this seems to be the issue.

    (@afragen)

    Lisa,

I think I solved the issue. Please test with CC4.4.5 and let me know if superpowers are back.

    Andy
