Legal Warning because of Google Fonts

  • Hey! I`ve made a mistake and I forgot to host locally the google fonts on my customers website, we were in hurry so we forgot..
    Now she got a legal warning from a lawyer which is specialized on doing this: sending warnings to websites where the google fonts are not locally stored and wants 170€ from her.

    Anybody here also with experience of this situation?

    Anybody here also with experience of this situation?

    No one should ever use this site for any legal, compliance or regulation advice. Any reply here along those lines at best would be worthless. At worst it could be a really bad idea that advice.

    If anyone needs professional advice then seek a professional. That’s not this site.
