    Hi,

I implemented all three legal shortcodes. Everything works fine but:

When I click on “Historie der Privatsph?re-Einstellungen” and close the banner (“Schlie?en”) and after that I click on “Privatsph?re-Einstellungen ?ndern”, the same banner shows up and I am not able to change my privacy settings.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @davidspeyer !

    Thanks for your message.

Is your site already public and can you please send a link to that site, so I can see the issue “in action”? ??

If your site is not already public, can you please share a short screencast video showing the issue?

I created two videos because I noticed another “bug”, hope that helps.

    Video 1
Here you can see the problem that I originally described.

    Video 2
The above problem only seems to happen on the home page. On all other pages after I click on “Historie der Privatsph?re-Einstellungen”, the link “Privatsph?re-Einstellungen ?ndern” shows up for a millisecond, then disappears and is invisible but still clickable.

Just wanted to let you know, that I cannot recreate the problem of the second video. But the first problem still exists.

    Hi again @davidspeyer!

Unfortunately, I can also not reproduce the first issue, so there might be something wrong on your end. Can you please send a list of all your active plugins? Can you please open your network trace (F12 > Tab “Network”) while reproducing the issue and send a video again?

When using Chrome I get the following Error:

“You upset Zousan. Please catch rejections: RangeError: Incorrect locale information provided”

    Does this help?

    Hi again @davidspeyer !

Thanks for your reply. Can you please send a screenshot of the error message in the console? If there is an arrow left to the error message, please expand it and send screenshot.

What happens if you deactivate all other plugins expect Real Cookie Banner, does the issue persist?

    Thank you for your patience!

I also do have several js files in my wp-content folder. They all seem to come from Real Cookie Banner as they start with:

/*! For license information please see vendor-banner.lite.js.LICENSE.txt */
    (self.webpackChunkrealCookieBanner_name_=self.webpackChunkrealCookieBanner_name

The error also appears when I deactivate all other plugins.

When I use WordPress Twenty Twenty-One Theme, I get the following error everytime I click on a shortcode link (but everything else seems to work fine):

    Hi again!

    Please check out this: https://devowl.io/knowledge-base/real-cookie-banner-javascript-files-in-wp-content/

When I use WordPress Twenty Twenty-One Theme, I get the following error everytime I click on a shortcode link (but everything else seems to work fine):

This looks like an error from another plugin or theme. But that means, the shortcodes of Real Cookie Banner works as expected with the default theme? What theme are you using?

Thank you very much for your help! I am using a custom theme and I will try to figure out what plugin or part of my code is causing the error..
