    Hi @remcorhee,

You can find it by navigating to Templates > Saved Templates in the left-hand WordPress Menu, but you might have to click the “Drafts” tab while on this page in order to get it to appear in the list.

    Hope this helps!

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Thanks Aert!

But, this page also states the template for elementor is installed automatically. It isnt, so dont know where to find it now.

    Hope this is to fix.

    Hi @remcorhee,

When you scroll down you will find an import for Elementor. You can add it manually if needed.

I think it should be named Legal Hub under Theme Builder, but this was added before they changed from the previous Table View, so I will have a look as well,

    Aert!

    I feel so stupid, sorry!

You mean this, right? Cause I see no download there.

    Hi @remcorhee,

You are correct; the Elementor template isn’t included in the article anymore as it is now present in the Complianz Wizard itself.

After answering the question “Do you want to create a Legal Hub with Elementor Pro?” with Yes, the template should be added as a Draft under Templates > Saved Templates > Drafts.

Do you see it after explicitly selecting the “Draft” tab?

    Kind regards, Jarno

No, I don’t! It’s not made as far as I can tell. In wizard set legal-hub to yes (not the first time, cause first had to check what it was. Then ran the wizard again, set legal hub to yes but nothing is made. Think should deactivate-uninstall and try again?).

Thanks for your help so far,

    Best!

    Hi!

In settings, set to delete all when deactivated and deleted. Then deactivated, deleted, re-installed plugin. Ran the wizard again. No template or whatsoever for legal hub is created. A new page – cookiepolicy – is indeed created again. So no clue why the Legal Hub template won’t load, but deleting all and re-installing the plugin did not help.

Hope you can help out. Best regards,

    Hi @remcorhee,

I’ll look further into why this might be able to differ between our environments, for now I would recommend downloading the Legal Hub template from this WeTransfer link: https://we.tl/t-InsPzWSylq

You can import it by navigating to Templates > Saved Templates > “Import Templates” (top menu bar) and then selecting the file you downloaded from the above URL.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Thanks!

Will do so! If you wanna check the backend of the website to see what is going on, let me know.

    Thanks again, best regards!

    Hi @remcorhee,

As the WordPress Forum Guidelines forbid us from sharing/asking for any sort of login credentials (even if it concerns “testing” accounts): we’ll set up some test environments of our own to try and reproduce this behavior.

I hope the previously provided template file suffices for now, though!

    Kind regards, Jarno
