    good morning, it is possible to add the check box for any legal notices in the top bar of mailchimp?

    Hi,

    We don’t have something build in for that and custom code is out of scope for our free support.

    Here is a snippet on how to include a Name field:

    You could for example adapt that code to be a checkbox and return nothing if the checkbox isn’t checked.

    I could pass the payment module? I don’t mind paying for that and that is well done

    You could hire a WordPress developer who should be able to make this for you with the snippet above as example. Should not be a lot of work. Maybe 30 minutes – 1 hr max.
