Legacy View Gone and New UPDATE Version awful

    Recent update wipes out customization made in child theme. New styles of list & calendar look awful. Now not using calendar view, not wanting to spend time revising styles because who knows when they will be wiped out again.

    Any suggestions from anyone using WordPress for a replacement plugin? I’m done with The Event Calendar!!

    We rolled out a significant redesign of our calendar views in early 2020 – this was the first major design change we’d made to them in over 5 years. We try not to be disruptive with changes this large very often and tried to be extra supportive of customers by giving a 2 year transition period where the older views would remain available and maintained.

    Your description of them looking “awful” makes me wonder if you are experiencing a bug with their display. Certainly design can be subjective, so maybe that’s not the case. You can see how we expect they should look on your site on our demo: https://demo.theeventscalendar.com
