Left over folder after deletion

Hello,
I need to do a fresh install of this plugin.
When I deleted the plugin I want to make sure everything is gone before reinstall.
Can you confirm with me that the folder called slider2 with about 6 jpegs called freelayerslider under wp-content/uploads belongs to this plugin.

Also would like to know if the folder themeisle-gutenberg also belongs to this plugin?
