• I’m not an advanced techie, but I was able to get this up and running on a site without too much trouble. Now they have changed their dashboard and although I can sign-in to my account, when I try to manage my plugin all I get are blank pages! Try to manage my Engage app: blank page, try to leave a comment in “help”: blank page. So now I am left with a social sign in plugin on my site that I cannot access, edit, view stats (which is the whole point of it!) Not sure what’s going on, but I assume it’s a push to purchase. No thank you. Anyone know of an equal that works?

    I’m sorry you’re experiencing these issues. I haven’t heard of anyone else seeing blank pages in the Dashboard. Which browser/OS are you using?

    I’m using chrome. Not one to “check in” all the time with plug ins, but had trouble getting Facebook login to work during setup month ago was going back to try and rectify. I can sign in, but when I click on the “manage engage app” button it takes me to a white page of nothingness. If you have any ideas or suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

    What is the name of your Engage app?
