Leaving Reviews

    I want my customers to be able to leave reviews on my website. I have a WooCommerce store. I also have a Reviews page where I put up reviews. But now that I have a store, I’d like for customers to be able to leave reviews there. However, it looks like a customer must purchase with a credit card in order to do this. I had a customer fill out the info and put stuff in a cart, but then they filled out the part where it says they are paying via bank draft. So now there’s no way, it seems, for them to leave a review.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In order to enable your customers to leave reviews on your WooCommerce store, you don’t necessarily need them to make a purchase with a credit card.

    You can control how reviews are left by allowing only verified customers to leave reviews, or anyone with an account in your store to leave reviews. A verified customer in WooCommerce is a customer who purchased the product from your store.
