    Hello –

If I deselect the Posts and Comments tabs leaving just the About tab, the menu bar completely disappears from the Profile. Isn’t it supposed to show information about the User like First and Last Name, Time of Last Login, etc.?

If it is the default behavior, is it possible to disable Profiles altogether and remove the “Update Profile” link from the Account view? I am only using the plugin to restrict some pages to registered users and don’t really need them to have their own profiles.

    Thanks.

    Hello –

Can I get an answer on this or can you point me to something in the documentation that will further explain?

    Thanks

    Hello –

I have been trying to troubleshoot this for days now and can’t seem to get anywhere. The Profile Menu Bar only shows if I enable either the Posts tab or the Comments tab.

Additionally, even if I enable the Posts tab, none of the “User’s” information shows, e.g. First Name, Last Name, Email, Last Login, etc. It just shows the message saying:

“Your profile is looking a little empty. Why not add some information!”

I have even added a bunch of Test Users and nothing changes. Is this a bug with the plugin?

    Thanks

For anyone else who installs the plugin expecting default info to show up on the “About” tab, please note that you have to go to Ultimate Member -> Forms -> Default Profile and add default fields for stuff to show up. I completely missed this and it is not entirely clear in the documentation that you have to do this during setup in order for this tab to work. Been pulling my hair out for a few days over this.
