Leaves images on server after delete!

    I tried this plugin a few weeks and I saw the plugin leaving all kind of images named “midsize-xxxxx” in the /wp-content/uploads/YYYY/MM/ folder. Just test it, upload and delete a avatar 5 times, and 5 copies of the file stay in the upload dir.

    The plugin should delete the file from server after a user removes their avatar or uploads a new one.

    Can this be fixed?
