it seems you are using divi theme and plugin, which as far as I know do not have built-in popup functionality (but please check). In that case the first place I would check is your order button and look for custom css

What you are experiencing is not default WooCommerce core behavior, and may be coming from either your current theme or another plugin active on your site.

I’d like to take a closer look at your sites current environment to try and narrow down what may be causing the issue. Please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report.

There is not a problem with adding products to cart, there is a problem in checkout site when you want to place your order.

I tried to clean the cache of my web-shop and the browser but it didn’t help.

Thanks for sharing the SSR – nothing unusual seems to be standing out there.

As a first step, can you try using an alternative payment method, such as COD and see if this resolves the issue? This will help us determine whether the payment gateway is possibly causing the issue.

If the issue is still present when using COD, I’d suggest a full conflict test at this point to see if any theme/plugin conflict may be causing the issue. You can do this by following the steps outlined in the support guide below:

The best way to perform these checks is to test in a staging environment. This is a clone of your live site where you can make changes, including deactivating plugins and switching themes, without affecting your live site. This can be done using the free WP Staging plugin.

If you do make any changes or perform updates on your live site, we always recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.
