Leave Site? Changes may not be saved

So out of the blue I started getting this error and noticed that edits are not being saved even though I click update – over and over again. Saves appear to complete with issue until I click a link to go anywhere else in the dashboard.

I have disabled all plugins
I have changed themes
I actually rebooted my host server

Nothing Helped..

What should be my next steps?
