Leave comments on pages

Hello everyone!
I am new to to blog design and code so bear with me if this is a very simple question to solve. I have searched thru the forum and found no related topics.
We have recently published a blog on our website
https://www.canadiansportsman.ca/blog
The template that I used originally before I modified it had the option of leaving a comment and the required fields. These fields do not show at the end of a story. When you click on the comment button, nothing happens.

Any advice, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
