“Leave comment” for unregistered users is not working properly in Mobile mode

    Issue description:
    Leave comment section is not working properly in mobile mode.
    I have created one post page, enabled allowed comments and discussion on same.
    When an unregistered user visits the post and click on “Leave comment” link below post the page design goes wrong and user is not able to write in any of the text boxes.

    Can you please check and suggest me the solution for the same.
