Leave a reply / submit comment not working on mobile

At the bottom of any of our posts, we have the ‘leave a reply’ / ‘submit comment’ option. This form is functioning correctly on desktop, but on mobile (both Android and iPhone) these fields cannot be clicked into so that you can enter information. The theme is twenty fifteen. Any ideas?
