Leave A Reply not working

    I have looked through my php files and style css and can’t see anything that would make the ‘leave a reply’ option work. It shows up in the footer of the only page I allow comments on.

    I have made adjustments to the original theme but aside from turning off comments on the other pages I haven’t messed with the comment codes.
    Theme: Grisaille
    I wouldn’t mind just building a new comment form from scratch if it is easier than chasing down other code for errors.
    Suggestions?
    Which files do you need to see the coding on?
