  • Have you tried deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing this problem?

    Have you asked the developers/vendors of your theme?

    Yes I tried de-activating the plugins – no probs there
    The developer of the theme is not answering me.

    I see comments on the page you linked above. It also looks like you are using

    I gave up and added in the DiscussIt comments.
    Hopefully my customer is ok with this ??
