Leave a Comment doesn’t work

Hi,

I noticed that “Leave a Comment” doesn’t work on my site – when I click on it nothing happens:

Comments are enabled:

I tried multiple browsers – IE11, Firefox 58, Opera 50 – no luck.

I tried to disable all the plugins and wipe the browser cache – no luck.

Any other ideas / tips?
