Leave A Comment Button?

I’m looking for some sort of plugin to make the “leave a comment” under each blog entry bigger and more prominent. On my home page, after the blog there are tags and then “leave a comment” which is really not intuitive to find for the average user. Is there a plugin out there that can make this more obvious?
