LearPress 4.2.4 error : fist quiz can not run,

I just bought and run LearnPress 4.2.4, I found 2 error about Quiz:

1. After click Quiz, I just see this error:

LP_User::retake_quiz – The ser has not completed the quiz.

After that nothing process.

2. Still at this quiz, I delete cache, history bowser, try again.

The test is automatic end after 2 seconds. Even I press Retake many times.

Please support these case.
