LearnPress WooCommerce Integration order not working

  • Hello,

    I am using LearnPress WooCommerce Integration and I have setup the settings exactly as it is described.
    The Woocommerce order works fine, and Learnpress>orders has an order, BUT the “purchased” column reads (no item) and the order is empty. Not in the woocommerce side, only in learnpress order. BUT that make the user unable to access any content after buying the course
    Please let me know what could be the issue.
