LearnPress video lessons doesn’t load | infinite loop

We are waiting about feedback to our both request on your forum website Thimpress, We can’t work on this way without communication.
You have everything in your hand regarding our WordPress login / FTP login
We need update about what is going on. As i said yesterday we pay everyday fees to our client about this issue not solved.
You answer all the time yes we are on it but no update or report.

Please tell me someone can take it this issue seriously in your team…?
